Untuk pengguna PC, mengetahui spesifikasi komputer secara lengkap sangat
sulit. Berbeda dengan pengguna Mac, dimana fitur untuk mengetahui spesifikasi komputer telah tersedia.


Speccy merupakan aplikasi yang terbaru yang dikeluarkan oleh piriform , yang membuat aplikasi CCleaner yang terkenal itu. Perbedaan dibandingkan aplikasi sejenis seperti everest atau Cpuid yaitu tampilannya yang sedap untuk dipandang :D. Fitur-fiturnya mirip dengan program lainnnya.
